Video: Tekashi 6ix9ine breaks record for most Instagram live viewers

American rapper, Tekashi 6ix9ine is now the all-time record holder for the most viewers on an Instagram live.

This feature was accorded to the rapper after he went live for the first time on Instagram on Friday May 8, 2020 after he was released from prison due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Tekashi69 was serving a 2-year jail term after testifying in US federal court about his involvement with Nine Trey Bloods gang.

He was sentenced in December 2019 after “snitching” on his alleged former fellow members as part of a plea deal to cut down his jail term.

The 24-year-old rapper is now out of prison due to his vulnerability to the Coronavirus but will definitely serve his two years sentenced for racketeering. He released a track titled “Gooba” when he returned.

Yesterday May 8, 2020, the 6ix9ine decided to go live on Instagram for 13 minutes and within seconds there were about 2million views.

The rapper’s 2 million views broke a previously 300,000 viewership record held by Drake and singer Torey Lanez.
