Video: “Nana Ama McBrown wasn’t the reason for my resignation; I will not apologize to her”- Nana Yaa Brefo

Popular Tv personality Nana Yaa Brefo has set the record straight in her first interview with Kofi Adomaa after quitting Multimedia Group, says her controversial interview with Nana Ama McBrown didn’t play any part in her resignation.

The former key player in the multimedia group has been criticised for weeks following her interview with the Kumawood actress on Bernard Nyarko’s death.

After the unfortunate interview on Adom TV, people jabbed her and criticized her line of questions with some even calling for her removal from the program.

But according to Nana Yaa Brefo, people misunderstood the question she asked, they are just basing their anger on a short portion which was clipped out of a 3-hour long interview.

She still stands by the fact that she did nothing wrong and that she owes no apology to Nana Ama McBrown and netizens.

Brefo said her decision to quit Multimedia was solely personal and has nothing to do with Nana Ama McBrown or the interview.

“I won’t say that McBrown influenced my decision to quit; I would say it’s personal,” she told Kofi TV. “People at Multimedia know this. This is not the right time to discuss this.”
