Police warn aggrieved MenzGold customers that “No more demonstrations allowed”

The Greater Accra Police Command has released statement, the police according to them have other people to serve and won’t tolerate another demonstration from Menzgold customers because they had one just six month ago.

Already, Menzgold customers have protested at least 6 times in 14 months and from the look of things, its like they want to demonstrate again.

But the police says they want to use their time to fight crime and other important issues as well hence won’t tolerate any more protest from aggrieved customers.

“Grateful be informed that the command is concentrating on the fight against robbery and other violent crimes as we enter the threshold of the year, as a result, cannot accept any form of Demonstration, Picketing and Walk during this period.The command also wishes to remind you that you have already demonstrated on the same subject matter in less than six (6) month as such will not tolerate any further demonstration as other citizens must also have their interest served by the Police.”
