Jordan is currently one of Ghana’s best performers in Europe as his performance this season continues to soar higher at Crystal Palace.
The 28-year old striker registered his eighth goal of the season on Saturday as Crystal Palace edged past Watford 1-0 at the Selhurst Park.
The goal did not only help his team win but has made him joint record holder with Tony Yeboah who played in the Premier League in the 1990’s with Leeds United scoring 24 goals as the greatest Ghanaian too scorer in EPL history.
From the look of things, if Jordan keeps up with his form he is likely to surpass Yeboah and emerge as the sole highest Ghanaian scorer in the Premier League.
On the other hand, Michael Essien and Asamoah Gyan who are known to have played in the EPL have 17 and 10 goals respectively.
