I Won’t Be At Peace If I Share My Thought On LGBTQI – MzVee

Former Lynx Entertainment signee, Vera Hamenoo-Kpeda, well known in the music scene as MzVee has disclosed that Ghanaians will dislike her if she dare shares her thought on the ongoing national debate about the legalization of L£sbian Gay B!s£xual and Transgender (LGBTQ).

MzVee revealed this during an interview on Cape Coast-based Kastle FM show hosted by it presenter Amansan Krakye who deemed it necessary to know the views of some top vocalist in the Ghana Music Industry, including MzVee on the legalization of LGBTQ topic.

I have my thoughts on the LGBT rights debate just that I don’t want to share it. I don’t want to share because it’s such a sensitive topic. I would keep my opinion to myself on this one.” She stated on the show.

She added “If you say what is not okay for some people listening, you’re bad. If you say another thing which is not good for other people listening, then you’re bad. So I really don’t have much to say actually and honestly speaking.”

Though some musicians such as Sister Derby and her brother, Wanluv Kubolor have publicly expressed their view supporting the legalization of LGBTQ in Ghana, Mzvee prefer not to pick sides.
