COVID-19: Ghana’s confirmed cases rise to 3,091 and 303 recoveries

Ghana is still in the race to stop the spread of the novel Coronavirus which is wrecking havoc across the globe.

As part of the measures to stop the spread, some part of the country considered to be epicenters for the virus was locked down for 3 weeks and was later lifted.

Well, after lifting the lockdown, the numbers have risen exponentially as we record a total number of 3091 cases as of today May 7, 2020.

The good news is, the Recoveries has also risen to 303 according to the data on the official website of Ghana health Service.

Death toll stands at 18 but unfortunately the Bono region have recorded their first case.
