31 out of the 152 COVID-19 confirmed cases in Ghana have tested negative and been discharged according to Minister of Health, Kwaku Agyeman Manu.
Speaking to media, the Minister of Health made this confirmation.
He added that, “they are not just discharged but they are tested about three or four times before they are released [out of the health facility].”

He emphasized, “the discharged are not fully allowed to come outside, the [health officers] visit their homes and put them in self-quarantine and monitor them for a while before they are allowed to go free.”
With the 31 recoveries recorded, the active cases in Ghana stand at 116 with 5 death recorded.
