His Excellency Nana Akufo-Addo has extended the closure of the Ghana’s border by a month.
He said the extension which takes effect from May 4 is in line with the country’s zeal to contain the coronavirus pandemic which is wreaking havoc across the world.

Nana Addo who addressed workers at a virtual May Day celebration on the national broadcaster GBC, said the extension is in order is to make sure that there is no risk of importation of COVID-19 cases into the country.
